The contest runs the full length of the warehouse sale, Wednesday 8am CT through Sunday 8pm CT. Final standings are taken at close.

How orders are counted

Every order placed through your link or code counts as one, regardless of size. Pending orders count live; totals are verified after the sale with cancellations and refunds removed.

Tie-breakers

If two affiliates finish with the same count, whoever reached it first takes the higher placement.

Prize fulfillment

Grand prizes are confirmed within 5 business days of close. Trip dates are scheduled together with our team. The grand-prize getaway is capped at $2,000 total — lodging is booked first and the remainder becomes an airfare stipend, which varies with dates. Winners may opt for a like-kind stay of equal value instead. Guaranteed $100 credits (10+ orders) and the third-place $750 credit are added to your account at the end of the month.
